An easy week-night dinner, this sheet of baked garlic honey chicken and vegetable dinner will be loved by the whole family. So quick and easy to prepare, and clean up is a breeze. it is extra nutricious and perfect for ages, no health restrictions!
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
zest of a lemon
For the chicken and vegetables:
4 Skinless chicken breasts, boned
4 medium-sized potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pound Green beans, trimmed ends
Heat the oven to 400°F.
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a large bowl.
Pour half of the sauce into a shallow plate and cover the chicken well.
Put the chicken on one side of the pan and the potatoes on the other side.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Throw the beans with the remaining sauce.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and mix the beans into the potatoes.
Finish cooking for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken juice is clear.
